An Invitation

Remember the whole saga about how some volunteers got together to buy over a puppy mill for a 5 figure sum? Some agreed with this course of action. Others were vehemently opposed to it.

Yes or no, right or wrong, one year on, this bunch of volunteers have shown the world that they have managed to change the lives of 85 dogs, once viewed as nothing more than mere puppy-producing machines.

A whopping 75 dogs got adopted. 6 unfortunately passed away. 4 remain up for adoption.

This is nothing short of an incredible feat and we are filled with the greatest admiration for the people who made this happen.

One year on, these former puppy mill breeding dogs are coming back together. Except under very different circumstances. Their lives are no longer bleak. They are no longer malnourished, diseased and on the brink of death. Their eyes are no longer dull and lifeless.

They are just beginning to find out what a dog's life ought really to be like, that us humans can and do care.

Not interested in much shopping? In conjunction with other shelters, we'll also be involved in the adoption drive. A few of our friendly furkids will be joining us at our booth to meet new faces and possibly, potential adopters.
