Natural Pawpals Treat Drive for Gentle Paws

At Gentle Paws, our furkids' favourite subject is... yes you guessed it - treats. No matter what they are doing, be it settling down for a cuddle with our volunteers, taking a snooze or playing with their mates, when they get a whiff of food in the air, their ears prick, their eyes brighten and they will scramble towards you with purpose and determination.

Some will jump around you in all their eagerness, the trickier ones will sit nicely waiting for you to take notice of just how good they were and how much they deserve the treat. But all of them will look at you with such beseeching eyes that you have no choice but to hand out treats to one and all.

I guess it's not just dogs at Gentle Paws. Every dog loves treats. But objectively speaking, treats aren't always good for them. Firstly, there's the issue of the amount of treats we should give each day. Secondly, there's the content of the treats to worry about. At Natural Pawpals, they firmly believe in natural goodness in a dog's diet. Treats produced at Natural Pawpals are dehydrated so that they can not only be stored for some time, the inner nutrients can also be retained.

If you're interested in providing your dog with a natural and organic diet, please browse through their website at http://naturalpawpals.com. They provide a surprising range of dehydrated treats such as beef lung, chicken breast strips, prawns, shishamo, silverfish... and more!

Now that we're fast approaching the end of the year, Natural Pawpals has decided to do a little something for the furkids at Gentle Paws and Friends. From now till 11th October, all proceeds from the sale of their natural dehydrated treats will go to the furkids at the shelter. If you're interested in getting a healthy snack that your very own furkid can indulge in, please check out the Natural Pawpals website and help us at the same time!

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt thanks to Natural Pawpals. Thank you for thinking about our dogs and thank you for spreading the goodness of organic dog food to one and all. Do check out the Natural Pawpals facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/NaturalPawpals). It contains a whole array of videos and articles on animals that are funny, sad and enriching.

Thank you Natural Pawpals!
